Remote Data Analyst CA only

Our client, Corporate Restructuring is seeking a Remote Data Analyst CA only to join their team. As a Remote Data Analyst CA only, you will be part of the Corporate Restructuring department supporting creditor noticing and case administration workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the drive to learn proprietary systems quickly—skills that will help you keep cases moving accurately and on time.

Job Title: Remote Data Analyst CA only

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $26.00hr to $29.00hr

Shift: 11:00am to 7:30pm PT

What's the Job?

• Manage case dockets and update Verita public access websites as documents are filed with the court.
• Respond to telephonic and email creditor inquiries regarding case status, claim deadlines, solicitation, voting procedures, and disbursements.
• Monitor court websites for newly filed documents, review claims filed by creditors, and perform administrative quality control review of proofs of claim and ballots.
• Coordinate and input ballot-related updates, changes of address, and proofs of claim; prepare claim and solicitation binders for submission to the Court.
• Assist with mailings by compiling service lists and preparing affidavits of service, including reviewing contracts for noticing information, terms, effective and termination dates.

What's Needed?

• Power Excel test required; strong Excel skills are essential since Excel is the primary application for the role.
• Solid attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across technical, document-heavy tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel and Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software and applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support creditor inquiries and document preparation.
• One to two years of related office experience (legal, paralegal, finance, or accounting) and/or related training (a plus but not required).
