The Opportunity

We’re expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing a long-term career.

You’ll connect with union members who have expressed interest in receiving information about their available benefit programs. Your responsibility is to understand their needs, explain their options clearly, answer questions, and guide them through the appropriate next steps.

The position is fully remote, with member appointments and team communication conducted virtually.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicate with members through phone and video appointments
• Schedule and conduct individual benefit consultations
• Review available programs and explain options clearly
• Answer questions and provide personalized assistance
• Complete applications and digital documentation accurately
• Maintain organized records of member interactions
• Follow up with members and provide continued support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another client-facing environment is helpful but not necessary.
