Position Summary
LRS Travel is seeking organized, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Remote Cruise & Resort Specialists. You'll help clients plan cruises, resort stays, and vacation experiences. Working remotely, you'll coordinate reservations, research options, and provide personalized recommendations across travel suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with travel suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with timely, professional service.
• Maintain accurate travel records and documentation while ensuring data integrity.
• Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness before final confirmation.
• Provide pre- and post-travel support, answering questions and resolving travel-related concerns.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and customer service standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
• Proven organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with computers, web-based applications, email, and CRM systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
