Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California -based Probate Administration/Estate Planning Attorney. <\/div>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. <\/div>

Attorney Requirements: <\/div>
<\/div>
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California <\/div>
- Minimum 5 years experience in Probate and Estate Planning law <\/div>
- Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning <\/div>
- Post -death trust & probate administration experience <\/div>
- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines <\/div>
- Self -starter and able to work independently <\/div>

Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour. <\/div>
