Successful candidates typically possess:
Customer service and relationship-building experience
Sales or consultative client-facing experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Comfort using virtual communication and collaboration tools
Positive attitude, coachability, and commitment to continuous growth
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, financial services, or sales provides an excellent foundation for success in this role.
