Remote Client Care and Sales Representative

Coming from teaching, nursing, customer service, retail or hospitality? If you're good with people and ready for work where your income follows your effort, this role builds on what you already do well: listening, explaining clearly and earning trust.

You'll use those skills to help individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance. No sales or insurance background is needed. We train you and help you get licensed.

This is a remote role for people who live in Alabama. You'll work from home and meet clients by phone and video.

Licensing

You'll need a Alabama resident life and health insurance license before you can work with clients. You don't need it to apply. We'll guide you through the pre-licensing course and the state exam.

What You'll Do

• Connect with people who have requested information about coverage. No cold calling
• Understand their needs and present life insurance options that fit
• Guide them through the application process
• Follow up and stay in touch with your clients
• Use the CRM we provide to track your activity and manage your week

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid 100% on commission from completed sales. There is no base salary.

The pay range is $75,000 to $120,000 a year, all commission. Earnings depend on your activity, consistency and results, and are not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Live in Alabama
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clear communication and a willingness to learn
• Able to stay organized and manage your daily activity
• Comfortable working independently, with support
• Willing to get a Alabama life and health insurance license (we'll help)

Additional Information

There are no fees charged by the company for training or onboarding. State licensing costs, where they apply, are paid directly to the state licensing authority.
