Responsibilities

* Answering incoming calls and emails from new and existing clients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Providing detailed information about our air quality testing, assessment, and environmental consulting services.
* Scheduling and managing appointments for our team of technicians and consultants.
* Accurately recording client information, service requests, and communication logs in our CRM system.
* Resolving customer enquiries and issues efficiently or escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Following established communication protocols and scripts to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
* Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s services and standards.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
* A high degree of self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Access to a quiet, dedicated home office space and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
* A genuine interest in environmental health and air quality is highly desirable.
* Must be legally authorised to work in the **United States**.
