No previous travel industry experience is required!
Responsibilities
- Help clients arrange vacations, cruises, hotel stays, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences
- Explore travel options that align with clients' preferences, needs, and budgets
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process
- Keep up with supplier promotions, travel deals, and special offers
- Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
- Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and online platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
