    Remote Booking Coordinator

    About the Role

    We're looking for organized, dependable individuals to help clients manage bookings, confirmations, and important planning details in a remote environment.

    As a Remote Booking Coordinator, you'll help keep requests moving by gathering client information, researching options, organizing reservation details, and providing updates throughout the process. Some requests may involve accommodations, transportation, activities, or other itinerary-related arrangements.

    This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping details organized, and making sure plans stay on track.

    Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist with booking requests and confirmations
    • Gather dates, preferences, and client information
    • Research available options based on client needs
    • Coordinate schedules and reservation details
    • Provide updates and next-step information
    • Follow up on pending requests or changes
    • Maintain accurate client records
    • Assist with modifications or special requests
    • Support select accommodation, transportation, or activity details
    • Review information for accuracy before arrangements are finalized
