How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Connecting with individuals who requested benefit information
- Scheduling virtual consultations
- Meeting with clients through Zoom
- Understanding client needs
- Explaining available benefit options
- Assisting clients with enrollment
- Providing continued service
- Managing client records and follow-up
- Participating in training and mentorship
