We are building a relationship-driven sales team that helps real estate investors connect with hard-money and private-money funding resources for investment-property transactions.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYOur audience includes active fix-and-flip investors, landlords, BRRRR investors, wholesalers, creative-finance operators, brokers, coaches, and real estate professionals who regularly encounter people who need capital for deals.This is not a call-center role. This is a fully remote sales position focused on thoughtful, personalized social outreach. You will start conversations, invite qualified real estate operators into a private funding and deal-flow community, and book short onboarding calls for our team.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Research active real estate investors and referral partners on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, investor groups, podcasts, and real estate communities• Identify flippers, landlords, wholesalers, BRRRR investors, brokers, investor-friendly agents, real estate educators, and community leaders• Send personalized, professional direct messages using approved scripts and authentic social profiles• Invite qualified prospects into a private real estate funding and deal-flow community• Book qualified prospects for a short community onboarding or triage call• Enter accurate notes into the lead tracker• Follow up professionally without spamming or pressuring people• Attend weekly setter coaching and team accountability meetings• Meet daily activity standards and accept coaching based on recorded KPIsTHIS ROLE IS A STRONG FIT FOR SOMEONE WHO• Has strong written English and can communicate naturally in DMs• Is comfortable speaking with business owners, investors, and real estate professionals• Is reliable, coachable, self-directed, and consistent• Understands that strong sales performance requires consistent daily action and accountability• Can research a prospect and write a message that does not feel copied and pasted• Has an authentic, professional Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn presence suitable for business outreach• Has dependable internet access and can use Zoom, Google Docs or Sheets, Messenger, and a CRM or lead tracker• Can attend required weekly training and team calls• Is willing to learn hard-money and private-money terminology and real estate investor languageHELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED• Appointment-setting, sales, recruiting, lead generation, or social-selling experience• Real estate investing, mortgage, lending, wholesaling, property management, or financial-services experience• Familiarity with ARV, LTV, LTC, rehab budget, bridge loan, fix and flip, BRRRR, DSCR, proof of funds, draw schedule, and exit strategyPERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS• Minimum of 30 fresh, personalized outbound messages per working day after training• Accurate tracking of all conversations and booked calls• Target of 7–10 qualified appointments per week once fully ramped; results vary based on skill, consistency, market conditions, account health, and lead quality• Professional conduct and compliance with platform rulesCOMPENSATIONSalary: $2,000 to $3,000 per week.TRAINING AND SUPPORT• Live group interview explaining the opportunity and expectations• Custom training for real estate investor targeting and social outreach• Weekly setter coaching with message reviews and campaign troubleshooting• Scripts, FAQs, lead-sheet standards, and KPI tracking• Opportunity for top performers to develop into team leadershipETHICAL AND COMPLIANCE STANDARDSRepresentatives must use authentic identities and truthful professional profiles.
