Remote Associate Attorney

Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation. Responsabilities: Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset Personal Injury, Criminal, Family or Immigration cases from intake through resolution.

This is a fully remote position open to attorneys licensed in Oregon, California, Oklahoma, or Texas.

Responsabilities:

• Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset Personal Injury, Criminal, Family or Immigration cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation, as applicable.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation.

Requirements:

• Active Bar License in Oregon, California, Oklahoma, or Texas.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Dedication to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality.
• No experience required.
• Spanish (Preferred).
