Award-winning, high-end custom residential design company has an opening for an Architectural 3D Modeler on a direct hire basis. Willing to consider candidates on a remote basis! Great opportunity to work on custom, multi-million-dollar home design projects!
Duties:
- Using Rhino and Lumion, create detailed 3D models from sketches/drawings for custom, high-end homes
- Support projects from early conception through final visualization
- Create architectural renderings for presentations and client communication
- Collaborate with architects and designers to shape materials, lighting, composition, and atmosphere
- Participate in internal team meetings
Requirements:
- Architecture degree or similar preferred (will consider Bachelors and Associates degrees)
- 4-10 years of professional experience
- Strong 3D modeling and rendering experience
- Residential/custom homes modeling experience a plus
- Experience with Rhino 3D and Lumion
Salary: $65-85K
