Position Overview:

Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Patient Support Representative

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Sat. (Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between the hours of operation)

Projected Start: 11/16

Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home.

Job Details:

• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Verify patient information.
• Answer inbound calls and may perform outbound calls assisting patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS) 
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices in PLUS! 
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry 
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues.
• HS Diploma/Equivalent
