What You'll Be Doing

You'll start the day with the materials and tools you need, then get after it. Not waiting around. Not being micromanaged. Just real remodeling work done the right way.

This is a mid-level role for someone who is well-rounded across multiple areas of residential remodeling. You'll work on projects involving framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, tile work, finish carpentry, and general remodeling while producing work you can be proud of.

You'll be trusted to think independently, solve problems before escalating them, and complete quality work with minimal supervision. We don't expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to take ownership of your work and find solutions.

The Hiring Process
