Job Title: High-End Residential Remodeling Superintendent
Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | On Site
Salary: $165K - $200K per year, plus benefits
ONLY U.S. CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENTS
As Superintendent, you'll run day-to-day operations on one or more active job sites: coordinating subcontractors, keeping schedules on track, and making sure every detail meets the craftsmanship our clients expect. You'll work closely with our project managers and Director of Production, and you'll be the person our crews and clients count on to keep a project moving safely, on budget, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on active residential remodel and addition projects
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site logistics
- Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on every job site
- Maintain project schedules and communicate progress through BuilderTrend
- Partner with project managers and homeowners in regular OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and keep projects moving without sacrificing quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a superintendent or lead carpenter on high-end residential remodeling or new construction projects
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, and San Francisco code requirements
- Comfortable managing multiple trades and subcontractors on a single site
- Clear communicator who represents company well with clients and design partners
- Experience with project management software; BuilderTrend experience a plus
