Remodeling Laborer $1708+ WEEKLY

We are seeking a General Laborer with hands-on experience across multiple trades to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is committed to completing projects safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with residential remodeling projects from start to finish
  • Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation and repairs
  • Support rough-in and finish carpentry tasks
  • Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and painting duties as needed
  • Assist with flooring and tile installation when required
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow directions from project supervisors and lead tradespeople
  • Work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general labor or residential construction
  • Experience in at least two of the following:
    • Carpentry
    • Drywall
    • Painting
    • Basic Plumbing
    • Basic Electrical
    • Flooring Installation
    • Tile Work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Own basic hand tools preferred
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Safety-conscious with the ability to follow job site procedures
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
