Leo Lantz Construction, Inc.
Remodeling Designer & Estimator
Location: Glen Allen, VA | Full-time | On-site, with homeowner meetings and local project visits
Turn homeowners' ideas into well-planned remodels. With hourly pay, performance bonuses, and room to use your creativity.
Bring your design sense, construction knowledge, and people skills to a role that connects creative ideas with practical remodeling solutions.
Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. helps homeowners plan and complete residential remodeling projects. Our team focuses on craftsmanship, thoughtful design, accurate planning, and clear communication with clients. We are a nationally awarded and recognized design build and remodel firm.
About the Role
As our Remodeling Designer & Estimator, you'll help homeowners move from "Here's what we're imagining" to a clear project scope, thoughtful selections, and an accurate proposal.
This position combines residential remodeling design, construction estimating, and consultative sales. You'll listen to clients, explore their priorities, explain options, and recommend solutions that fit their homes and budgets. You'll also help transfer approved projects to production so the team has the information needed to move forward.
If you enjoy both the creative and practical sides of remodeling--and prefer helping people make informed decisions over using high-pressure sales tactics--this role offers the opportunity to bring those strengths together.
