Remediation Specialist

Role Summary:

This role is an hourly full-time position. Primary responsibilities are performing hands-on remediation work and interacting with customers at the job site. Handy skills are great but we will generally be able to provide all training required to perform the work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, drive, and maintain the service vehicle and associated equipment/materials.
• Explain work to customers
• Complete remediation tasks such as evaluation, setup, extraction, demolition, breakdown, and monitoring.
• Document job performance using software and paperwork
• Train new technicians
• Help with dispatching, estimates

Requirements:

Able and willing to:

• Drive/travel locally in southeast MA area to jobs
• Work in potentially challenging job sites
• Work occasional flexible hours/overtime
• climb ladders, work at height/confined space
• Walk, stand, drive, sit, perform repetitive labor, lift up to 50lbs

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent, previous work experience
• Valid license, good driving/record
• Handy skills/experience handling and operating vehicles, equipment, tools are strongly preferred
• Able to use/operate technology like computers, smart phones, and tablets
• Safety/IIRC/etc trainings/certifications a plus
• Multilingual skills a plus
