    Description

    Position Summary:

    The Systems Business Analyst is responsible for the management of departmental systems and programs which include cloud-based systems such as Salesforce.com (CRM) and NICE InContact (phone) system as well as organic web-based programs. This includes configuration, end user testing, system optimization, system audit, reporting, troubleshooting, user support, integrations, user training, and outside-vendor set-up and training related to the systems.

    This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily operations and administration of systems and programs with an emphasis on Salesforce.com. This position works closely with the Vehicle Remarketing sales and leaderships teams as well as IT and outside vendors. Primary liaison between IT, vendor and other functional departments as it pertains to the systems interactions.

    This position is located in our corporate Administration department, based in Reading, PA located just 10 minutes off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike - Morgantown exit.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day activities, incidents, data accuracy, mapping, and data requests, system monitoring, troubleshooting and provide end-user support activities to assist Vehicle Remarketing and other related functions.
    • Develop system strategies and implement enhancements while working with departments and third party vendors to meet business needs.
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI.
    • Assists with the implementation, testing, and documentation of all new processes and applications. Support workflow configurations and enhancements to support process changes.
    • Ensure the proper planning, coordination, and implementation of new programs and enhancements.
    • Develop custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data and interpret results to be presented to leadership.
    • Maintain knowledge of NICE InContact phone system, Salesforce.com and other system developments through participation in user group activities, knowledge exchange, and other related activities.
    • Identify risks and opportunities for the implementation of any new functionality and integrations with other systems.
    • Other projects and tasks as assigned by manager

    Qualifications:

    • 2 - 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com and other business systems such as CRM, telephony, account management
    • Database management, including relational database and Excel proficiency highly preferred,
    • Project Management Experience and/or certifications preferred
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Strong problem solving skills including identification of root causes and plans for resolution.
    • Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present project information to customers and all levels of management
    • Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, specifically including Access and Excel.
    • Knowledge of queries (SQL a plus)
    • Knowledge of programming languages a plus
    • Experience in documenting business process. Developing process improvement initiatives
    • Quality Experience Lean, Six Sigma, CAP
    • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
