Remarketing Coordinator II

Our client, a Global Financial company, is looking for a Remarketing Coordinator II for their Lewisville, TX/ Hybrid location.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience is required, absent suitable educational achievements as noted below

• Required Skills:
• HS diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in financial services or similar industry
• Associate degree or bachelors degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for experience
• Strong familiarity and comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Desired Skills:
• Ability to perform clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Independent and Critical thinking with great attention to detail
• Quality over quantity, we are looking for the right candidate that will fit the position as well as the team.
• Looking for an individual who is self-motivated, that has the ability to work on their own / as well as within a team.
• Career minded candidate, who is looking to find an opportunity to get their foot in the door and potentially do more with it. Needs to be comfortable communicating through various channels (including on the phone) as their primary role will be contacting new / used car dealerships to validating KYC (dealership demographics / ownership etc…), collecting expired dealer license, but may also be asked to assist in other areas.
• Must have sufficient understanding and ability to work through Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Outlook, etc…).
• Preferred Industry Experience (1-2 sentences describing desired industry expertise):
• Industry Experience within Auto, Financial, Commercial or similar industry
• Systems, Tools or Technologies:
• Microsoft Office
• Salesforce
• Various internal platforms
• Educational Requirements, Degrees, Licenses or Certifications:
• Associate degree or bachelors degree in business or related may be used as a proxy for experience.
