What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the relocation process, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
- Coordinate temporary moves to another apartment or hotel while resident homes are being renovated.
- Schedule move dates, coordinate logistics, and ensure each relocation is completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and resident communications with strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with property management, contractors, vendors, and residents to minimize disruptions and keep projects on schedule.
- Provide a hands-on, compassionate approach by answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping residents feel supported every step of the way.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, property management, hospitality, relocation coordination, or administrative support preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office while maintaining accurate records.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
