Penmac Staffing is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Relief Driver role to fill an opening with an employer based in Rogers, AR. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and comfortable covering delivery routes across Rogers, AR and surrounding area.
Requirements of the Relief Driver-Class E:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR) and background
- Ability to safely operate company delivery vans and navigate routes efficiently
- Flexibility to handle local routes and travel surrounding areas as needed
- Ability to work 10 to 12-hour shifts when covering out-of-town routes
- Strong physical capability to lift, load, and handle cargo as required
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities of the Relief Driver-Class E:
- Train across local delivery routes in Rogers to provide seamless coverage during team member absences.
- Cross-train on alternate routes in area to assist with regional route coverage.
- Operate company-provided vans safely to and from regional locations, starting and ending each workday at the Rogers facility.
- Safely transport and deliver goods in a timely, professional manner.
- Perform physical loading and unloading of inventory and delivery items.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and office leadership regarding route schedules and delivery status.
