Relief Assistant Resident Manager, Independent Living– Strabane Trails Village
Washington, PA – Casual; Hourly, Non-exempt; Various shifts 5 days a week from 6 am – 4 pm and 10 am – 8 pm; Saturday and Sunday 6 am – 6 pm; also overnight coverage opportunities
Starting Pay: $18.50/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience

Strabane Trails Village is a dynamic retirement living community that shares a campus with Strabane Woods assisted living community in Washington, PA. As part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, the three-story retirement community brings our residents affordable and worry-free living in beautiful, private surroundings, close to the growing Racetrack Road retail district.
The Relief Assistant Resident Managerprovide support to cover vacations, leaves of absence, and off sight training. The role is responsible for supporting a community that our residents are proud to call home. Responsibilities include supporting the Resident Manager in all aspects of the operation of the community, coordinating all programs, and working collaboratively between various departments in the community and the network.

Requirements for theRelief Assistant Resident Manager:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree in business-related studies preferred or relative experience.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Ability to effectively interact both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software.

From a quiet, humble beginning as the Presbyterian Home in January of 1928, Presbyterian SeniorCare has emerged as western Pennsylvania's largest provider of care and services to older adults (Pittsburgh Business Times, January 2012).
Our organization offers a multitude of care and living options, including our world-renowned Woodside Place, dedicated to serving people with Alzheimer's and other related dementias; adult day services; at-home care coordination, personal care; rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care, in-home private duty non-medical services, hospice and palliative care; affordable and supportive housing and premier independent retirement living.

Presbyterian SeniorCare was the first eldercare provider in Pennsylvania and the third in the nation to receive independent third-party accreditation as an Aging Services Network (ASN) in 2006.
In 2011 we were honored to achieve reaccreditation as an ASN and for our Continuing Care Retirement Community, Longwood at Oakmont, which was first accredited in 2001.
