CLIENT 1 — SELINSGROVE (AFTERNOON SUPPORT)Weekdays — Afternoon
Care Needs:- Assistance with ADLs
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Walking support to help him regain strength
- Mobility assistance
- Client’s left arm is amputated, making daily tasks difficult
- Transportation for errands and appointments
- Driver required
This client benefits from caregivers who bring steadiness, patience, and supportive energy throughout the afternoon routine.
CLIENT 2 — SELINSGROVE (MORNING SUPPORT)Monday–Friday — 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Care Needs:- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping

- Smoker in the home
- Pet‑friendly home
- Male client
- Male caregiver required
- Driver required
