    Description

    Opportunity for an experienced Reliability Technician to improve equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs at a large cement manufacturing operation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
    • Provide technical support to Maintenance and Operations in continuous improvement activities.
    • Execute vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
    • Inspect equipment and implement follow-up actions to improve reliability.
    • Collect and analyze equipment performance data.
    • Partner with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to improve equipment performance.
    • Promote continuous improvement in maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
    • Provide backup support for Maintenance Supervisors as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or 10+ years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
    • Strong mechanical inspection and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
