Starting Pay: $32.00 per hour

Additional $2.00 shift differential from 6:00 p.m. -- 6:00 a.m.

Shift: Night Shift

Hours: 6:00pm-6:30am

This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement!

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with the improvement of the asset catalog, preventative maintenance optimization, and scheduling of corrective maintenance; write specifications, procedures, and test programs for reliability testing and characterization.
  • Prepare technical reports, document test results, and assist in selecting new reliability equipment.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement) to support a wide variety of reliability improvement opportunities in the plant and act as a team resource for all types of breakdowns.

What You Will Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Predictive tool experience in an industrial setting preferred.
  • Comfortable with recommending areas for improvement or efficiency and always being an advocate for safety.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to follow machine blueprints, diagrams, sketches, and maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
