Molex is seeking a Reliability Lab Manager to lead the strategic direction, talent development, and operational excellence of our Reliability Laboratory in Rochester Hills, Michigan. In this leadership role, you will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for reliability, environmental, mechanical, and electrical testing that supports product qualification and customer success.
This position offers a unique opportunity to influence both people and technical capability development while partnering with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer teams to deliver data-driven insights that improve product performance and reliability. The successful candidate will create value through leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement while helping shape the future of our laboratory testing capabilities.
Our Team
The Reliability Laboratory plays a critical role in validating product performance and supporting the development of innovative connector and interconnect solutions. As part of a global organization, this team partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer-facing teams to deliver testing expertise, technical insights, and reliability solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
