Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing equipment performance to ensure consistent production. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to ensure that equipment operates at optimal levels Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and improve reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and engineering, to identify and implement improvement opportunities that elevate equipment performance Manage repair projects, including identifying resources, timelines, and costs to meet production goals Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and promote a culture of safety within all maintenance activities Analyze equipment performance data to anticipate issues and propose practical, cost-effective solutions Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff as needed Is this job for you ?
