Pay Rate: $60(DOE)/hr W2

We are seeking an experienced RCM Specialist to support reliability and maintenance strategy development within a large-scale pharmaceutical/cGMP manufacturing environment. This role will focus on equipment reliability analysis, FMEA development, maintenance strategy optimization, and creation of asset-specific maintenance job plans.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience within pharmaceutical/cGMP manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.
• Hands-on development of FMEA/FMECA, including failure modes, causes, effects, and risk analysis.
• Experience developing equipment-specific maintenance strategies and maintenance job plans.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, PM optimization, equipment reliability, and asset criticality.
• Ability to review equipment/vendor requirements and translate them into practical maintenance strategies.
• Experience working with Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Greenfield/startup and CMMS experience is highly desirable.
• Associate's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field with relevant experience; extensive equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication.
