IDR is seeking a Reliability Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will help ensure the stability and availability of enterprise computing systems by monitoring applications and infrastructure, reporting on performance, and supporting incident resolution. This is a great chance to contribute within a large-scale technology environment supporting production and QA operations for a leading organization in a regulated industry.
Position Overview for the Reliability Analyst:
- Monitor enterprise systems, networks, and applications across production and quality assurance environments to ensure availability and performance.
- Configure monitoring tools, including setting up alerting, notifications, ticketing, and log integrations.
- Perform application and infrastructure availability checks and deliver routine status reporting.
- Support incident management by opening, updating, and closing incident reports and assisting with investigations and resolution efforts.
- Develop scripts and leverage automation tools to streamline monitoring and operational processes, while maintaining SOPs and shift handover documentation.
Requirements for the Reliability Analyst:
- 2+ years of experience in system monitoring and reporting activities within enterprise environments
- Bachelors degree required
- Hands-on experience with application and infrastructure monitoring/administration
- Proficiency with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to improve operational efficiency
- Strong documentation skills and working knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel, and Visio
