- Coach executives, managers, and leaders
- Help the business to create a vision, road map, and portfolio backlog.
- Create an implementation roadmap, establish the metrics.
- Identify value streams
- Launch Agile Release Trains (ART)
- Facilitate meetings such as PI Planning, System demos
Preferred Certifications: SAFe Practice Consultant or SAFe Release Train Engineer
