As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) supporting the Advisor Client Onboarding and Maintenance Agile Release Train (ART), you will play a pivotal role in improving the flow of value across a complex technology ecosystem while aligning delivery outcomes to business priorities and strategic objectives.

In this highly collaborative leadership role, you will serve as a servant leader who brings together product, technology, architecture, and business teams to drive alignment, transparency, and execution across large-scale initiatives. You will facilitate key program-level events, support planning and decision-making, manage risks and dependencies, and help teams navigate complex challenges to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and the business. Your ability to build trusted partnerships, foster accountability, and promote continuous improvement will help strengthen organizational agility and improve delivery predictability across the ART.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or related agile delivery leader supporting large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).Experience delivering complex technology solutions and managing large concurrent portfolios of work.
  • Demonstrated experience applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and agile delivery practices in enterprise environments.
  • Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and empower teams to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating large-scale planning events, program-level ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using metrics, insights, and analytical thinking to improve delivery flow, predictability, and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
  • Experience using Rally or similar agile planning and portfolio management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience establishing or supporting new Agile Release Trains and developing agile operating practices.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and agile maturity initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success coaching leaders and teams on agile principles and ways of working.
  • Experience setting performance-focused objectives and leading continuous improvement efforts across multiple teams.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision-making at various organizational levels.
