    Position Summary:
    Title: Release Manager
    Duration: 6 Months Long Term
    Location: Washington, DC 20433 (4 Days per week onsite from Day1)

    Job Details:
    RTE CI/CD Delivery & Deployment Primary Responsibilities:
    One-Sentence Role Definition: The RTE is accountable for ensuring STEP 2.0 moves successfully from UAT through targeted deployment, hypercare stabilization, and preparation for global rollout by coordinating readiness, release execution, and operational transition across PMO, QA, Change Management, and Adoption.

    UAT Program
    Working closely with the QA/UAT Lead, the RTE owns the overall UAT & Release plan, (not the test cases themselves).
    Accountable for:

    • UAT integrated schedule
    • Readiness criteria for entering UAT
    • Daily UAT command center
    • Defect governance and prioritization
    • UAT status reporting
    • Go/No-Go input package
    • UAT exit criteria and sign-off process

    Hypercare Transition Lead
    Working with PMO, Change Management, Adoption, Product, and Support teams.
    Accountable for:
    • Hypercare operating model
    • Issue triage process
    • Escalation framework
    • Hypercare command center
    • Daily operational reporting
    • Transition from project mode to support mode
    • Hypercare exit criteria

    Integrated Release Planning. Working across:
    • QA/UAT Lead
    • PMO
    • Product Management
    • Change Management
    • Adoption

    Accountable for:
    • Integrated release plan
    • Critical milestones
    • Readiness checkpoints
    • Go-live timeline
    • Executive release reporting
    • Release decision support

    Future Rollout Planning
    The October deployment is intended to validate, learn, stabilize, and scale. The RTE should capture:
    • Lessons learned
    • Readiness model refinements
    • UAT improvements
    • Hypercare findings
    • Deployment risks
    • Recommended rollout approach
