Detailed Job Description

1. Manage the end-to-end Release Management lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and postrelease reviews.2. Drive Major Releases, Planned Deployments, Off Cadence Releases, and Emergency Changes across multiple applications and environments.3. Conduct Release Readiness Meetings with Project, Development, QA, Infrastructure, Operations, and SRE teams to validate readiness, approvals, dependencies, risks, and rollback plans before deployment.4. Facilitate GoNoGo decisions and ensure all release entry and exit criteria are met.

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
