Job Description

We are seeking a Release Coordinator Sr MMM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in release, implementation, and change management across the SDLC and a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute releases on time while managing cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and respond to requests for release management support, including emergency patches and fixes, and assess release impacts.
• Facilitate release planning and status meetings and verify cross-functional dependencies and tollgates are met.
• Define release management approaches, resource staffing requirements, and timelines for each release.
• Lead maintenance release deployments, assign and coordinate technical resources, manage implementation timelines, and facilitate troubleshooting.
• Coordinate dependent implementations with other release managers, project teams, and IT support resources.
• Prepare and publish release notes and lead lessons-learned sessions to improve release planning processes.
• Establish standards and procedures for release metrics reporting and documentation.
• Mentor release coordinators as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, project management, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with release management, change management, and implementation coordination.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing practices, and IT operations.
• Proven facilitation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification.
• Experience in both IT and business operations environments.
