medical equipment (DME), utilizing specific HCPCS codes/modifiers.
Investigate denied claims, analyze denial trends and prepare appeals
backed by clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with Medicare's Local Coverage Determinations
(LCDs), National Coverage Determinations (NCDs), and prior authorization
