Rehoboth Auto Repair is a trusted local auto shop serving the Rehoboth Beach community. We take pride in honest, high-quality service and a team that treats every customer like family. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable Tire & Lube Technician to join our crew.
What You'll Do
Perform routine oil and fluid changes
Mount, balance, and rotate tires
Inspect and repair tires (patches, plugs, replacements)
Check and top off fluids, filters, and belts as part of standard maintenance
Perform basic vehicle inspections and flag additional repair needs
Keep the service bay clean, organized, and safety-compliant
Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in tire service, quick-lube, or general automotive maintenance preferred (but we're willing to train the right candidate)
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Valid driver's license in good standing
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Team player with a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers
