The Specialist, Rehearsal & Wardrobe Operations is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of Princess Cruises' shoreside rehearsal operations through the management of wardrobe inventory, performer footwear, entertainment warehouse operations, and cast housing logistics. This role serves as a critical operational resource, ensuring performers are supported throughout their shoreside experience and that operational processes are executed efficiently.
Working closely with the Wardrobe Operations, Studio Operations, and Casting teams, the Specialist coordinates inventory management, show footwear distribution, housing assignments, and logistical and transportation support that enables successful rehearsal operations and cast transitions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Responsibilities:
Warehouse, Inventory & Footwear Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shoreside entertainment warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational readiness.
Maintain inventory levels for performer footwear, wardrobe consumables, rehearsal materials, and operational supplies.
Conduct professional shoe fittings for all production cast members, ensuring proper fit and footwear selection based on production requirements and choreography.
Coordinate the distribution, tracking, maintenance, and replacement of rehearsal and performance footwear.
Partner with the Studio Operations team to ensure all rehearsal footwear is prepared and allocated prior to cast arrival.
Conduct routine inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency, inventory control, and safe handling of theatrical assets.
Shipping, Receiving & Procurement
Manage all shipping and receiving activities related to performer footwear, wardrobe consumables, and operational supplies.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments between rehearsal facilities, vessels, vendors, and warehouse locations.
Place and manage inventory orders for footwear, wardrobe consumables, and operational supplies.
Maintain purchasing records and support inventory forecasting to ensure continuity of rehearsal operations.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies.
Cast Housing Operations
Oversee the day-to-day coordination of cast housing supporting shoreside rehearsal operations.
Collaborate with the Casting and Studio Operations teams to assign cast members to appropriate housing accommodations.
Coordinate housing assignments based on rehearsal schedules, occupancy requirements, and operational priorities.
Serve as the primary liaison with housing facility management, property management, and contracted service providers.
Coordinate cast check-in and check-out schedules to support seamless cast transitions. Facilitate access key drop-offs and pick-ups within property access protocols (KeyNest system)
Schedule contracted housekeeping services and coordinate routine cleaning, linen service, laundering, and housing turnover.
Support arrival and departure transportation at either end of the rehearsal period for each cast.
Operational Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
Provide operational support to the Wardrobe Operations and Studio Operations teams during rehearsals, cast transitions, and show installations.
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives supporting Entertainment Operations.
Maintain accurate operational records, inventory documentation, housing reports, and administrative files for the shoreside warehouse facility, and support tracking of shipboard inventories.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to rehearsal logistics, inventory management, and housing operations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors supporting warehouse operations, housing facilities, and operational logistics.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Casting, Studio Operations, and Wardrobe Operations to ensure operational readiness.
Support vendor performance monitoring and identify opportunities to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and the overall cast experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
Scope: This role is a key contributor to the successful operation of the shoreside rehearsal and wardrobe departments and impacts the outcome of smooth and successful cast contracts. Maintaining and organized warehouse and appropriate inventory of show foot ware and consumable items ensures the department stays within it's operational and financial obligations. This role will focus on supporting the wardrobe and rehearsal operations by facilitating professional shoe fittings for all cast members and managing key logistics pieces around cast the cast housing facilities.
Problem solving: The wardrobe and rehearsal teams are responsible for ensuring an efficient and professional environment is maintained for cast members to be trained on the guest facing shipboard show products. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and creative thinking to move the operation forward in a fast paced environment. Anticipating needs and forward planning are critical.
Impact: This role has an internal impact on the operational continuity of the portfolio of theatrical shows and cast experiences, which are flagship products within entertainment. This role also has an external impact on how performers suppliers within the larger cruise and entertainment industry view and interact with Princess as a brand and potential employer. The role will be tasked with maintaining a professional and comfortable environment for cast member to receive key tools for their roles.
Leadership: Though this role has no direct reports they will regularly interact with dozens of active cast members and key internal partners within the organization. This individual must be able to represent themselves and Princess Cruises in a room full of performers and other employees in a professional and inspiring way.

Essential/Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Entertainment Management, Arts Administration, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, hospitality operations, entertainment operations, logistics, or related fields.
Experience supporting theatrical productions, cruise entertainment, live events, or hospitality operations preferred.
Experience coordinating housing, logistics, inventory, or operational support functions is highly desirable.
Essential experience required:
Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
Strong organizational and logistical planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic operational environment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on performer support.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management or purchasing systems.
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
Travel: No or very little travel likely
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Physical Demands: May be requested to work a different shift.
**This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Princess location in Seattle, WA Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Seattle area.
