    Summary:

    As appropriate, performs direct and indirect patient care tasks as directed and supervised by licensed professionals following on-the-job-training

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for non-supervisory care of equipment, machines, and supplies; safety and welfare of patients; prevention of unnecessary expense, waste, loss of time, and damage to equipment; and order and cleanliness of department/facility
    • Is skilled in techniques of handling patients for patient’s and his/her protection; efficiently assisting patients; and in the operation of department/facility equipment
    • Ability to speak intelligently and in a professional manner; willing to work under direction; possesses ability to reason; and be alert, adaptable, and flexible

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma
    • BLS
