Unit Manager RN – Subacute Rehabilitation

Lions Gate CCRC | Voorhees, NJ

Full-Time | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Lions Gate CCRC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our Subacute Rehabilitation nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident-centered care, staff development, and positive clinical outcomes.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000, paid in two installments: $500 after 3 months of employment and $500 after 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care within the assigned Subacute Rehabilitation unit.
• Monitor resident conditions, coordinate care plans, and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies.
• Oversee resident care conferences, incident reporting, infection control, and quality improvement.
• Maintain clinical competency in subacute care, including IV therapy, wound care, tube feedings, oxygen therapy, and other rehabilitation-related procedures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident safety, recovery, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in subacute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Previous nursing supervisory or management experience preferred.
