Rehab Therapy Manager (Physical Therapy)

Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This leadership role is responsible for managing therapy operations, supervising clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes through effective rehabilitation programs.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $135,000 – $145,000 annually
• Competitive compensation based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation therapy department
• Supervise and support physical therapy staff and other rehabilitation professionals
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care across therapy services
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and treatment protocols
• Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental resources
• Promote professional development and training for therapy staff

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage department operations effectively
