Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Occupational Therapist
• A valid and current RN license issued by the state of CA
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, mental, and developmental abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Help patients improve daily living skills (e.g., dressing, eating, bathing)
• Provide therapy to improve motor skills and coordination
• Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
• Document therapy sessions and maintain records
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare team
• Support patients in gaining independence
