The Rehabilitation Operations Manager supports the Senior Director/Director of Rehabilitation Services by overseeing daily operational, clinical, and administrative functions within the inpatient rehabilitation department. Working under the direction of their designated leader and aligned with Orlando Health's system-wide clinical and operational standards, the Operations Manager ensures excellence in quality, patient experience, workflow efficiency, risk mitigation, and safety across assigned rehab departments. This position serves as a link between strategic leadership and clinical leaders/frontline teams, driving operational consistency and performance.
This position will focus on the operations of the Inpatient Rehabilitation program, overseeing rehab therapists as well as office staff, including the case managers, clinical liaisons, PPS coordinator and authorizations coordinator. The rehabilitation operations manager will focus on daily throughput, staffing, admissions, interdisciplinary coordination, and performance management.
