Rehab Aide

Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.). Responsibilities: Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.

Overview:

Position: Rehab Aide

Location: Wilmington, DE

Type of Employment:Per Diem

Schedule: 2-5 days as needed
Compensation: $16.00-$17.00/hour (pending experience)

In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• • CPR certification
  • First aid certification
  • Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
  • Health Care Experience
