LTC Therapy is looking for a dependable Rehabilitation Aide to assist our therapy department in Taunton, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the healthcare field who enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive patient experience.
As part of our rehabilitation team, you'll help keep daily therapy operations running smoothly while supporting therapists and residents in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare treatment areas and ensure therapy supplies and equipment are ready for use
Escort residents safely to and from scheduled therapy appointments
Provide general assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
Keep rehabilitation spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
Help coordinate therapy schedules and complete routine departmental tasks
