Regulatory Specialist

QPharma is currently looking for a Regulatory Specialist/Paralegal for our Cedar Knolls, NJ location.

Primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Perform license gap analysis for clients
• Complete and submit federal and state distribution license applications for clients
• Monitor status of submitted licenses
• Perform research on state license requirements as needed

The ideal candidate must be able to review and interpret laws and regulations. He/she should have experience with submission of state wholesale distribution licenses and experience in conducting legal/regulatory research. Paralegal experience a plus
