Description

  • Support regulatory reporting issue management, remediation tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting materials, document updates, track open items, and drive stakeholder follow-ups and escalations.
  • Support Axiom implementation and automation, including defect resolution, enhancements, and management reporting.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system deployments and enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate regulatory issue data, governance documentation, project milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Partner with finance, technology, and regulatory teams to keep projects and remediation efforts on track.

Profile

A successful Regulatory Reporting Change Management professional should have:

  • Experience with regulatory reporting, issue management, remediation tracking, and financial services controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Axiom implementation, defect resolution, UAT, or finance technology/system change initiatives.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and driving follow-ups across finance and technology teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
