• Maintain reporting schedules, validation guides, and operational documentation.
• Support issue investigation, audit requests, and reporting quality initiatives.
• Draft, revise, and format work instructions using standardized templates.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and large-volume data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
