Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. A minimum of two years of experience in project management and controls, project planning and scheduling, and/or developing and implementing business initiatives and technology solutions is required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-to-year basis.
Recruitment Notes
The Business Portfolio Control Specialist will provide project control guidance and support to the Business Architect by monitoring productivity and project progress across all project management and implementation teams.
This position will assess project schedule gaps, whether resulting from resource constraints or timeline adjustments, and present findings and recommendations to the Business Architect to support decision-making and determine the appropriate course of action.
Additionally, incumbents in this position will assist the Business Architect throughout the project proposal and initiation process by evaluating various aspects of each project, including technical complexity, business value, risk, schedule, cost, and delivery method. Additional responsibilities include providing high-level administrative and operational support, prioritizing requests and communications directed to the Business Architect, and developing, monitoring, and managing project performance metrics.
